I am Elena Kazantseva - a coach for leaders and their teams, an experienced career coach, and an HR expert.
I was born in a cozy town in the center of Ukraine: it had only 5 schools, 1 music school, 1 amusement park and many kind hearts.
Music was my childhood dream and I went through with it until I was 20 yo, graduating from a music school in Poltava. That's when I faced my first existential crisis – I realized that I wanted music to simply be my hobby, I was confused and scared - what can I actually do after 13 years of being fully dedicated to only playing piano?
My mother's faith in my talents and my cousin's advice to choose the
best of the best and never give up multiplied by the beauty of Saint-
Petersburg shaped my choice at that time – the Graduate School of Management at Saint Petersburg State University.
I had my first international internship there, an international project with
multinational corporation, postgraduate studies, my first big love, an incredible amount of knowledge, and a lot of white nights.
Since then, I changed 4 countries, learned a new language, made a
career in HR, have gave birth to 2 kids, and acquired a new profession at the age of 38.
My values, the filter through which I look at the world, are: I believe the world is always full of opportunities and we can always find
support within ourselves to take one more step towards personal freedom and happiness.
I am a very active and easy-going person.
My highest value is love, love for everyone, even when it seems there is no place for love – I know there always is. And I also find it important to have lightness, humor, growth and development, curiosity, and adventures in my life.
My interests include kids' education, music, swimming, camping, personal development, cooking for my loved ones, and overall being creative with what I have in a fridge.
My mission is to make people happier every day and to live a full and vibrant life here and now. 'Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today.'

Coaching is a two-way dialogue (or partnership between a coach and a team) to reveal the individual's or team's potential and convert it into achieving the most important and difficult goals in the shortest time possible.
The main task of a coach is to help you design your own path in a way that would bring you the maximum joy, that would support your values, and help you move towards your set goals.
It is about self-acceptance ('all people are OK' is the fundamental principle of coaching). It is about EVERY human having resources for solving his/her issues, he/ she just needs help to recognize these resources.

I will use coaching tools in any format we decide to work by, particularly I will ask questions to stimulate your awareness. However, there are also important differences between these formats:
- During a coaching session, in a partnership dialogue, we find the shortest way to achieve goals, but at the same time, I DO NOT GIVE ANY ADVICE AND DO NOT DO ANY ASSESSMENTS. I ask questions, clarify, help you to reflect on what you say, and use a variety of exercises to help YOU to find a solution. My responsibility is to make sure that you find the answer to your question as quickly and pleasantly as possible.
- During a career consulting session, I act as an expert and I do give expert advice, I can evaluate and express my opinion on your request. For example, I evaluate your key competencies, adjust your CV together with you, assess the level of your competencies and skills development vs the requirements of certain positions, etc.
- Mentoring is a dialogue format where I share my experience in HR (local and international) and help you to develop your personal successful HR strategy. For example, your query might be 'How can I best adapt to my new HR management role after being promoted from a specialist?
A full prepayment of the package is required. It is possible to divide your payment into 3 equal installments by agreement.
If you have paid for the full package (for example 5 sessions) but we have solved your request earlier (for example on our 3rd session), you can use these sessions (2 remaining) later.
